Jenna moves to Winston-Salem to become the first ever apprentice of the UNCSA Dance Costume Shop

2018

Jenna is accepted into UNCSA's School of Design & Production to study Costume Design & Technology

2019

While taking on the occasional tutu commision, Jenna starts producing custom button-down shirts during her freshman and sophomore years of university

Jenna gets her first publication in Winston-Salem Monthly's "5 Women to Watch", featuring her custom shirt business,

Jenna wins 1st prize at Winston-Salem Fashion Week's "Art of Fashion" exhibit with her Kitri costume, giving her the confidence to move forward with establishing Jenna Sais Quoi

2022

Jenna graduaters from UNC School of the Arts with her BFA in Costume Design and Technology and minor in Arts Entrepreneurship

After a five-month recovery from chronic burnout, Jenna begins to brainstorm a business plan for a new kind of atelier that focuses on wellness, awareness, acceptance, and innovation after the COVID-19 pandemic

 

Jenna Sais Quoi's name, branding, and mission are finalized.
